Griffing

This home is situated in a North Asheville neighborhood with views of the mountains below. This couple had been planning to build a new home but decided to by an existing home in an established neighborhood. The home needed below grade structural improvements, a new driveway and complete interior and exterior renovations.

The renovations consisted of three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, family room and a basement custom home theater. The exterior featured two beautifully appointed custom built Oak garage doors, as well as, a redesigned front entryway. A stone wall lined side entry ramp was created for handicap accessibility and a new deck was built off the master suite for the couple to enjoy their morning coffee. 

The transformation of this home was profound.
