Bartaco

Bartaco is an upscale street food restaurant that specializes in tapas and cocktails infused with fresh ingredients. Their décor is a fusion of rustic and coastal with woven basket light fixtures and a sprawling bar at the center inspired by the beach cultures of South America and California. Their rustic patio features a stone fireplace and open bar with a unique and relaxed vibe.

Evergreen Construct provided all of the wooden structural renovations on this project including the outdoor bar and patio. We utilized 100+ year old Douglas Fir reclaimed timbers and heart pine accents. Huge trestle girders were built to support both old and new roof loads. These several thousand pound trusses had to be built from the inside of the building at the interior and hoisted into place using block and tackle methods since there was no room for machinery.
